I had the honour to introduce the children and their mums, who are part of the Bright Start Education Support Programme – www.brightstart.org.za – to TRE. A few of my fellow practitioners (Pam, Fiona and Miliswe / as well as Astrid a TRE trainee) helped with the facilitation. The children and their mothers loved the session and I feel humbeld to have to been able to spread the power of TRE to a variety of people and empower them to feel and explore how they can heal their own bodies!
